Refund Policy

Our refund and returns policy is 30 days post-purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

This refund policy applies to all individuals or entities that have purchased tickets for the Level Up Your Data Event. Please read this policy carefully as it outlines your rights and obligations when seeking a refund.

  1. Processing Fee: A processing fee of $20 will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee covers the costs associated with processing the refund and is non-negotiable.

  2. Eligibility: Refunds will be available for ticket purchases made directly from the Level Up Your Data Event website or authorized ticket sellers. Tickets purchased via third-party or unauthorized sellers are not eligible for a refund under this policy.

  3. Refund Period: All refund requests must be made within 30 days from the date of the ticket purchase. Any refund request made after this 30-day period will not be entertained.

  4. Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, the ticket holder must contact our customer service team via email at [email protected] providing all necessary information, including the ticket number, purchase date, and reason for the refund request.

  5. Processing Refunds: Once your refund request is received, our team will review it within 20 business days. If your refund is approved, the refund amount will be credited back to the original method of payment within 14 business days.

  6. Partial Refunds: We do not offer partial refunds. A refund can only be processed for the full ticket price, excluding any applicable service fees, taxes, or additional charges.

  7. Event Cancellations: In the event that the Level Up Your Data Event is canceled, all ticket holders will be eligible for a full refund, regardless of the 30-day refund period.

  8. Event Postponement or Rescheduling: If the Level Up Your Data Event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date. If a ticket holder is unable to attend the rescheduled date, a full refund can be requested.

  9. Non-refundable Situations: This refund policy will not apply if the attendee is unable to attend the event due to personal circumstances, transportation issues, visa problems, or any other reason beyond the control of the Level Up Your Data Event.

  10. Changes to this Policy: We reserve the right to amend this refund policy at any time, without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Data Event website.

This refund policy is effective as of the date of your ticket purchase. By purchasing a ticket, you are agreeing to the terms of this policy.
